98 jeep electrical problems

I have no cruze, 4x4 lites not working. no cigar liter,could this all be related ? any help ? 1st time jeep owner and love it !!!

The fuse box is behind the glove-compartment. You can also check the fuses in the engine compartment but I don't think that they are bad.

Does the Jeep still go into 4 wheel drive? My 4x4 light does not work, neither does my lighter. I think it has a short somewhere in the harness. I have tried to find the source of the 4x4 light problem but it has not been high on my priority list. I did look at some of the harness though and saw where there may be some chafing. I know I am not much help on this but I did check around the fuse box an behind the instrument cluster and everything there looked fine. I would still check those though.
