91 Geo Tracker Turn Signal Problems

OK i have a 91 geo tracker and the turn signals doesn't work, however the hazard lights work the running lights work and the dash lights work. only the turn signals doesn't. i was thinkin that something has to be grounded out. Awhile back the door feel off. lol and we had it spot welded back on and ever since the turn signals hasn't worked. So either the wire has melted or is grounded, because i have replaced the fuses and even put a bigger fuse in and everytime they blow as soon as i put them in? does anyone know of anything else it would be.
