Question Anyone want to trade BMW's? I got a 735iL

I love this Bmw to death, only its big and gas guzzly (18-22 mpg) & automatic

The good:
new starter
new lower ball joint
new tires
pioneer cd player , cost me $500
runs good
leather interior
moonroof
power everything
heated leather
pretty fast, top speed has been 140 mph but it takes it a minute to get there
body in good shape
oil changes done on time

The bad
front driver power seat adjusts funny, it works but sumtimes its like 1 side gets stuck
the feul door cover fell off , which the bmw dealer ship told me would be $20.00 to fix, but I live far away from the bmw dealer & havent gotten around to it
one tiny rust spot under back taillight (only rust on the car)
a/c compressor out, if you go to the bmw dealer they will say like $500 for a new one, but the import junkyards will sell them for like 147.00 its just not hot yet so i havent done it
high miles 200,000

i'm hopefully looking to trade for a 3rd or 5th series, preferably mt
