Windshield Wiper Arm

Has anyone had problems with their driver's side windshield wiper arm? I have a 1998, and I have had to replace it 2x due to low pressure of fluid spraying out. It seems every 2-3 years I have had to replace the whole arm because the nozzles and hoses are sold all in one unit. I thought it was frozen at first, but even in warmer temps it doesn't have the power as the passenger side. I cleaned the nozzles with alcohol and poked a pin in the nozzle head with no luck. Just replaced with another wiper arm, and works like new?

Any suggestions?

Re: Windshield Wiper Arm

Low pressure or low spray? If I were you id disconnect all the hoses and run a coat hanger or something thru it and see if they are getting clogged, thou I suspect if its a constant thing you might have something in yer tank or maybe its something with the particular brand of wiper fluid. I have a 98, never have had problems with the wipers.
