No running lights

Hello all,
I have a 1993 cutlass cierra (think it is 3.3L). My problem is I woke up today to find I have no running (low beam) lights. My high beam lights work fine but no low beams. I checked fuse panel and there is no fuses or breakers for headlights. Checked under steering wheel for circuit breaker found nothing. Checked parking brake ok no light on dash display. I don't know of anymore places to look for the CB. Can someone give me some more ideas here, maybe some suggestions as to what I can do to fix this.
Thanks in advance
ps. sorry if this has come up already. I went through a few pages and couldn't find anything.

the problem is probably in the multifunction switch on the column. Probably worn out contacts for low-beams. This can be kind of dangerous... heat can build-up at the switch and possibly cause flameage.

Re: No running lights

Thanks for the quick reply,
Now, is this switch easy to replace? Can you tell me how to repalce it? What about the ciruit breaker?
sorry for more questions here but just trying to understand and get some info on how to fix.

the multifunction switch is pretty easy to replace. You just take apart the column to get at it. To buy a one new, it's fairly expencive, but you could possibly get one from a wrecking yard if you have one close by. When you find the screws covering the column and remove them, you'll easily identify the multi-function switch because the turn signal arm will be going into it. Really you'll just need to find the screws that hold it in place, and unplug the power going to it. You'll see... it's a breeze.
When your done, just check your fuses and make sure they're all good. I suspect they will be.
