01 radio static with rear defogger

My 2001 Honda Civic coupe has radio static only when the rear-window defogger is on. Is this a normal thing or a defect?

Yea I'v seen this. Sometime when the car gets tinted or cause of a bad ground. If its really annoying you can rewire a separate antenna.

Thanks BrodyP and I'll check the ground connection just as soon as I find out how to get to it. My rear windshield has never been tinted and the rear-defogger is defogging when I use it; just have that darn radio static when it is defogging.
