I didnt listen to it, but is this about a guy who called in and says crap like cops cant detect him because he keeps his iroc shiny?
If it was then it was a bit done by the radio host. Pretty funny though.

And regardless of the situation, he is always understood. On the A-team, Face , Haniabal, and Murdoch were all masters of disguise. Mr T didn't have to wear a disguise. The bad guys didn't recognize him out of fear.

 It's not real. That's the Phil Hendrie Show. He hosts the show, and does the voices of all the guests (including Iroc guy). The show was popular because the regular listeners, who were in on the joke, got to laugh at all the dumbass callers that believed it was real and wanted to call in to argue with someone that doesn't exist. Some of the skits were so outlandish, it's hard to believe that anyone believed them. Hell, he regularly said that the show was fake, and people would still call in 5 minutes later to argue with the fake guest.  He stopped broadcasting this year because the FCC started cracking down on everyone, and it made it hard to have a controversal show.
