DELCO unlock...
From a 96 Lumina bought used, have the procedure, but no code to unlock it.
The dealerships here will do it for $30, but won't tell me the code, and I sure as hell am not going to spend $30 every time I disconnect the battery. VIN number is: 2G1WL52M4T1172208 any help would be great.
