getting the 99 eclipse in NFSC

In the reward cards under the 99 eclipse one of the challenges is "Avoid 20 police roadblocks while in career freeroam" I have done at least 30. Do i Have to do it in a single pusuit? Is there some sort of difference between getting into a pursuit while in free roam and some other way that i dont know about plz help!!

Yea. Its in a single pursuit. Most of the police evations you have to do in the reward cards are single pursuits. it'll say in the detail for the card.
