What is a good OBD2 scan tool?

I am looking to buy a software based OBD2 scan tool to use with my laptop. I am looking for the $200.00 range and want to use for home use. I would like to get more than just codes. I've checked all over the internet and of course all the manufacturers claim they have the best. Any suggestions?
