tail light and windsheild whiper dont work

i jst bought a 93 sentra and it runs great but the tail light wont work the turn signals and the brakes lights work and all the bulbs or good than my winsheild whipers dont work the motor it self works but the whipers wont turn its like something is disconected if thats the problem is it easy to fix it?

brake light fuse in your dash and maybe your arm broke or is screwing up on your wipers

brake light switch under the brake pedal, and i bet the splines that hold the wiper arm onto the motor part is all stripped out.

Check your brake light/turn signal fluids
