Re: Another Dodge

A little back story I got some new pencils 4 christmas. Some blenders . Some markers. So I was siked to draw some thing. I started this at about 10pm yesterday. I just finished it today this morning at about 8am'ish. What's that 10 hours straight? Im beat. Im pretty happy with it. I still havent mastered colored pencils by far. But Im tryin. So here is my final produkt. I turned down the brightness after I scanned it. It was much brighter than the original. Oh I forgot the tread on the rear tire.

Re: Another Dodge

hmm. i've followed your stuff off and on for a while by now. i haven't been regular here for a while lately, but this example seems to show a more developed sense of a personal style from you. not just a competent rendering, but it has a warmth and an accessibility, ie, i want to stare at it longer to appreciate what you have done. this could be an illustration you see accompanying a magazine article or something like that.

you have grown.

Looks great! One of my favs of yours so far. I love the wheels. 10 hours straight? I do that too sometimes (maybe not quite for that long) when you get into a drawing groove, it's impossible to stop.

Re: Another Dodge

Looks great, just like my neighbor's truck except it needs some dirt
and a few fender dents.
