Dashboard light went out

Hi, quick question:

One of the lights that illuminates the Dashboard of my 02 Venture just went out (it illuminates the speeds from about 6o to 1oo.

Anyone know how to switch them out or do I need a complete new Dashboard.

Any ideas would be great!
