Help car will not starts
Hello i have a 93 240 and it willl not start. all the lights will turn on fine and the battary is new so could it be the starter? and if so where is it located and could it just be a fuse for the starter? Please help?!!?!

do you hear any clicks that sound like he starter is trying to turn but it aint?

Try smacking your starter with a heavy blunt pipe
