Re: Tamiya Porsche 911 GT3

Looks good for your first model. You've employed important techniques early, which is good. Keep it up.

That's a good model for your first attempt! Nice job on the undersides, very cleanly painted. The wheels also look excellent.Which yellow did you use for the bodywork?

Re: Tamiya Porsche 911 GT3

Thanks a lot for a good words. I've used TS47 Chrome Yellow for this model. I see that paint job isn't good enough, I'll try to get more shine on the future models.

Re: Tamiya Porsche 911 GT3

Well, I see great panel lines, washes on the wheels, good paint work, nicely detailed bottom. All in all, It's a great build for your first one!!!
I can only guess that you learned all of this technics here on AF or you are such a natural for this hobby!
Don't know if you did but you can try and polish a little more that paint, use the FAQ and you'll find many tips.
Keep up with this kind of build and soon you'll be playing on the "big leagues"

Re: Tamiya Porsche 911 GT3

Excellent job on your first model. I am not a fan of washed panel lines usually, especially on yellow cars, but yours are very nice. Can you tell me what you used.

Mike.
