2001 Expedition P1131 Code
My mechanic can figure what is causing this error code...he thinks he has check all of the obvious reasons...but i keep getting a "check engine" light...he replaces a blown fuse...drive about 15 miles...and then the "check engine" light comes on again...the car runs fine...just will not pass inspection...any suggestion that are cheap...HELP

have seen the hego harness short out behind the right head. also have seen the rear hego harness short out on a shield over the rear of the trans.
