The guy in this video is my boy Superbird. He drives a modded Ion Redline.....its fucking mean.

I just did some looking up on this Redline. I know its a Saturn but its pretty bad ass. This article says they underated it at 200 hp 149 lb. ft. They dynoed it and got 197/169 stock....That is pretty impressive for a Saturn. Looks like they did some homework making this car...

Its actually better then the Cobalt SS.
I test drove both back when I was doing the articles for the forum. The Redline has Recaro bucket seats and a much more fancy interior. Its also lighter then the Cobalt, its enough to run it out in the auto X and the track. I said that I would really like the Redline if I was 35 years old and had settled down enough to not need a sports car. The Cobalt was such a dog that I didnt even bother to write about it cause it was just too boring, No that Ive seen Jin's Redline in action Im even more drawn to that car. Its just so mean with only a pulley and fuel management. Plus Jin is asian so thats instant 20+whp.

Actually Mushashi, no one knows why, but the Cobalt SS actually pumps out more ponies then the Ion Redline. Take a look at Jayson's dyno numbers compared to the other dyno that you saw for a Redline. You'll see what I mean.

My friends Ion Redline ran a 14.6, I think stock...or 14.8 iono but hes fat too soo if it was a lighter driver the outcome would be diff lol

^^^^^I will have to agree with you on that one....thats what you get when your the king of cheap speed....but if built right it can hold its own....and I really wouldnt bother racing your GTO against that redline.....it would be a murder, death, kill (demolition man)....but then again your driving sucks so never mind and lets get this on a vid.....lol
