Driver Side Window Problems

Does anyone know how to change that band that goes around the gear thing inside the door because my window goes up and down about 2 inches . i think it's called a regulator, it's a discontinued part so i gotta hit the junkyard up.
So any help removing it and putting it back on will help thanks

Actually, the band is called regulator tape - it's a part of the regulator. You can get regulator tape for this at Autozone in the Help section - it's like $17 or so.
