COMPLETE: Customer's 2000 Camaro SS

Just in time for Christmas. Making delivery tomorrow morning. A fun quick build, box stock Revell Camaro SS using Dupli-color Gloss Black and clear. Custom plates made by me. Not much else to say. I'm not too happy with Revell's halfassed T-Top decal--their Firebird has real T-Tops, why didn't they just use the same mold for this? ... Couldn't quite get every wrinkle out, I didn't have any decal solvent and, because this was a Christmas order, I had to rush it and didn't get time to go buy some. Otherwise I'm happy with it.

Nice job, John, but what stands out the most for me is the full busy engine bay. Someday I'm really going to have to see if I can make my own plates too.

If you don't have decal solvent, you can use heat to get a decal to snuggle down reasonably well. Just try getting a towel, running the hot faucet until the water is nice and warm and wet the towel with the hot water (this is a scenario where the hotter the better applies), then when the towel is wet wring out the excess and apply the towel to the decal while applying gentle pressure to smooth out the decal.
