Is it your front motor mounts?....If so they are easy....First turn your motor mounts and see if that helps. To do this take the bolt that runs through the middle of the rubbermotormount tighten it all the way(after youve removed the y-dogbone) and turn the bolt forward until the motormount rotates 90* in its slot, soak it w/ wd-40 if its not turning very well. The reason to do this is because if you notice there is gaps in the front and back of the motormounts that will cause the engine to move more than it should, by rotating the motormounts it makes them a lot stiffer. If you still need new ones after that get some stiffer motormounts from zzp..It hepls alot and keeps your tranny happy.
Here is a link on how to change the motormounts if you purchase the zzp polymounts. http://tacgp.clubgp.com/custom_mods/zzp/index.html
