Cool 1989 Nissan Sentra 2 door

I bought this car for my 16 year old daughter and the dash light is very dim.. I have searched all around the car to find some way to increase the amount of light emitting around the dash gauges and I have found nothing to turn it up...Can anyone help with this issue....
Thanks from kennypanhead

I don't think it had an adjustment. If the light is uneven across the gauge cluster, then the backlight assembly might be loose and hanging. The Firestone around me has no problem taking gauges apart for about $50.
