Re: Need HELP D16Y8

They're jsut vacuum lines, hood them to the vacuum ports on the manifold.

You have two options:

1. Just remove the charcoal canister (big black cylinder on the left) and those vacuum lines and you won't need to plug in anything as they are not needed with the newer throttle body anyway. Then just unplug that plug that is on the firewall (map sensor) and plug it into the new map sensor on the throttle body. Then you can unbolt that big mess of vacuum lines on the firewall and trash that thing with the black canister. They are only needed when running an OBD0 throttle body, which you don't have anymore. Done.
2. Use a 90-91 B18a throttle body or 89-91 B16a throttle body that already have those nipples for those lines.

Re: Need HELP D16Y8

That line there is the fuel RETURN line and goes to the gold nippleo on the fuel rail that I have indicated on the picture you posted by a blue arrow.
As for that other black line w/ red lettering on the first picture, that is the fuel SUPPLY hose. You look to have one too many there. You should have one coming from the firewall into the fuel filter, and then one from the fuel filter to the left side of the fuel rail.

As for the rest of the vacuum lines in the very first picture you posted above, yes, you can get rid of them as well as that black canister on the firewall. You can also remove the vacuum hose/map sensor bracket from the firewall and throw it away. It is held on by one 10mm bolt.

What model is your car? is it an Si or dx? You will need to use the stock harness, and an 88-91 civic/crx si or HF distributor.
As for the ecu, you will either need to run an OBD0 PG7 or PM6 or PR4 ecu, and use a VAFC to activate vtec or the better thing to do is buy an OBD0-OBD1 conversion harness and run a P28 ecu and 4 wire o2 sensor. You seem pretty new to this honda swapping stuff so if you need any more help, let me know.
I also sell conversion harnesses for the lowest price on the internet, guaranteed as well so if you need one, you can let me know also.

Yes.
That one that I said was the fuel supply hose is not what I thought it was...that is a hose for OBD2 vehicles only, so it does not need to be attatched to anything. You can actually unscrew that sensor that it attatches to it from the fuel rail and junk it as well.
