Windshield Wipers...

Got a squeak coming from the drivers side windshield wiper. Not sure where I should be looking exactly and if this is something I can add WD40 or lithium grease too. Thanks for any advice, Skip

Re: Windshield Wipers...

Stay Away From Wd-40, It Attracts Way Too Much Dirt And Dust. Use A Silicon Base Lubricant. If You Want To Take It To The Next Level, I Get Great Results Lubricating, Using Syntheic Motor Oil. I Had A Left Over Quart Of Red-line Sytntheic Motor Oil And I Put In A Spray Bottle ($5 @ A Home Depot) And Sprayed Hinges, Locking Mech., Hood Hinges, Everything!!! It Makes It Way Deep Into Parts Were Greese Doesn't Get Too And It Won't Brake Down As Fast As Lubricant Sprays Or Wd-40.

Hopes This Help.

P.s. - Spend The Extra $$$ And Buy Piaa Silicon Wipers. They Carry A One Year Warranty And Work Great!
