Help. Car problem
Honda Civic 89 4-Dr Sedan DX
It got a wired problem. I start the engine at first time. it's no problem. I turn it off and release key. Do it again. The engine cannot be started. At this time, the flashing checking light in the panel doesn't give clicking sound when it becomes ready. At this time, engine cannot be started. If the checking light does have clicking sound, engined cannot be started sometimes. If keep trying to start continously, the engined cannot be started at all. The only way is to turn engine off and wait for a couple of minutes, try again, the engine works as normal. After the engine runs, my car works as normal in any condition.  Anybody has a clue about this? Thank you very much.
