"B" body interchangeable??

I am wondering what other vehicle maks/models will interchange with my 1966 Olds Starfire. I am specifically looking to change my rear diff. to a posi and I also need interior panels (door and backseat under windows), drivers side window and headliner. Any information would be appriciated.
