Question  Looking for a new car need some info please...

Ok I have a 98 Eclipse RS and I have just blown it up again, dont know what the problem is dont even care to find out. It wasnt in the best shape when I bought it so yeah. I am looking for a car with a turbo, I have been looking at Honda's, Eclipse's, Nissan's, Mazda's things like that. But I dont know what cars come with turbos already or cars that are easy to add a turbo for ex. Honda Accord EX, LS, SE. I am a newb when it comes to cars, also wanting a 2000+ car nothing under that range. All help is greatly appreciated!!!!!!

Re:  Looking for a new car need some info please...

Have you checked out Volkswagen? They have an awesome 2.0t that sucks you back into your seat. Several of their cars have it, so it gives you several options if the engine is the most important. GTI's are pretty cool. They have a really sporty/stiff suspension that hugs the road. The electro-mechanical power assisted rack and pinion steering is super responsive.

You can also get the Passat with the 2.0t. But my favorite is the brand new Eos. Hard-top convertible. Drove one just yesterday and it was amazing. And just to be clear, the 2.0 liter turbo-charged 4 cylinder cranks out 200 hp and a whopping 207 ft/lbs of torque. The five valve per cylinder construction makes it not only one of the fastest, but one of the most efficient engines of its size on the market (it's rated as one of the top 10 engines out right now).

Anyway, I'm a big VW fan. Those Germans sure know their engineering. If you've got any more questions, I've got answers.

Dunno your price range but if you can, WRX STi. All the car you'll ever need.

That leaves out the STi let alone a plain WRX. You're probably best suited with a civic/accord sedan. Dunno what Volkswagens you can get in that price range but are definitely good cars although with questionable reliability.

Re:  Looking for a new car need some info please...

Questionable reliability!?!? My VW's are next only to Honda. Right now, they have the best warranties in the business. 4 year 50k bumper to bumper, 5 year 60k powertrain, 4 year unlimited mile roadside assistance, 12 year unlimited mile rust perforation.

Hondas also have a great warranty, but you wouldn't actually need it. Those things do in fact run forever if they are even moderately cared for correctly.

With the 7-8k price range, I would also suggest the Honda. You can get a nice civic or accord with that. But if you can go higher, I'd still vote for the 2.0T VW, whatever model you get it in.
