rebuilding n/a vg30 to turbo

i blew the engine in my 1993 300zx i wanna make it forced induction and i figured it be a better to rebuild my n/a than to buy a vg30dett and end up replacing most of the parts anyways. i just wanted some input on the subject.

can be done and has been done. heads can be rebuilt to TT spec, valves cand cam durations are different just off the top of my head. and the pistons and oil squirters are different in the bottom end. talk to ashley powers @ ashspecz.com. he rebuilt his N/A motor into TT spec quite a few years ago. he is a write up about it posted on his site too so i would read through that and then ask specific questions about certain parts of the swap beings he is a very busy man running his own business and all.

good luck.
