crackheads(bum garage 4!)
so we finally went to court with the psycho's that live upstairs. the lawyer went in with crackheads and the mediater and they agreed to leave by dec 31st! they actually started moving stuff yesterday... my landlord/boss said since i want a compatable tennant, i could rent it to whoever i choose. my friends been bothering me soooo bad to get in that apt, but i have to choose carefully. i dont want someone thats gonna bug the shit outta me ya know?

Careful with friends, man. I know it seems like a blast, but its easy to get sick of your freinds if you're around them ALL the time. so... choose carefully

^ yeah. Plus nothing ruins a friendship like arguments over money. If you are responsible for paying rent together, it can really stress a friendship if one person has trouble paying bills on time.

well, i live on the bottom floor with one of my best friends. i asked him to move out before because he was always depressed, and he did. after a year alone, i asked him to move back in. that was like a year ago, and we've been there for 6 years, so im cool with my roomie.... this is the 2nd floor of the house that i have to rent. rent will be due to my landlord, not me. i just want someone that wont bother me, but still put up with my 500 watt subwoofer, and the occasional party here and there.. i have a longtime friend that still lives in his parents basement with his g/f that i asked to move in. i only see him like every 4 months, so i think we'd still have our space, and id have nothing to worry about.
