Steering Gear
Does anyone know where I can get detailed instructions on how to install a steering gear in a 2000 crown vic police package. The one in mine just went after buying it. It is spraying out from the gasket. Thanks for any help.

They sell rebuilt units or will rebuild yours. Ford sells new units or try a junkyard.
I would get a haynes manual or go to a library. You can buy a years subscription to alldata for $25.00 http://www.alldata.com
