I need help with my 90 cougar

howdy all

I need to replace the oil pan and the lower intake, I also have to get the frame realligned and a wheel allignment done. how hard is it to replace the oil pan and intake. or is it even worth it. does anybody know how much it will cost to get the frame realligned if the right side is pushed back an inch compared to the left

please help
