Hookah and Shisha
Is it the same thing as smoking? For anybody that is middle eastern might now about this? I mean...does it have the same harmful effects as cigarettes?

Yes, if you are smoking out of a cigarette, bong, hooka, joint, pipe, none of it is good (not bad) for you

There is no positive way of saying it, but it is the "healthiest" form of smoking there is.

funny, i just bought one for my friend as a xmas present. Ace is right, reason its "healthier" than cigarettes is because of the bubbler effect. If you smoke a bong/hookah/bubbler, etc, the water is "purifying" the smoke, making it smoother, too. Still, its smoke, and its very unhealthy for your respiratory system and also has other unhealthy effects associated with tobacco. It is, however, healthy...for your soul.

Depends on the tobacco you use.
Whatever you smoke, it's putting shit in your lungs that shouldn't be there. Plus you'd be supporting terrorism.

Cherry tobacco is nice.
There are certain restaurants that will allow you to replace the contents of a hookah with your own.

Who has tried cappuccino? I tried the fruity flavours- grape, strawberry etc, but they felt really abrasive on my tongue, like eating sour pineapples. Next time im gonna take cappuccino.
