Welcome to AF, pose questions such as this is the Sierra forum. Anyway you will need a factory troubleshooting diagnostic chart to track down bcm/vats codes. The p codes refer to the o2 heater circuits, bad fuse or connections to the sensors must be checked for 12v for the sensor heater circuit and proper grounds to the affected sensors. The sensors are both lt and rt # 2 sensors. I assume the engine will not crank and the security lite stays on? These codes are mfg specific to the vats system.
