Did back brakes problems still

I recently did the back back brakes but when i hit the brakes and i come to a stop i hear a slight grinding noise...seems like only when the pedal slightly pushes back a lil like the anitlock brake kickin in...i also replaced the rotor...

maybe a semimetalic pad? I think they make an ever so slight grinding noise. Not usually enought to be concerned about.

it was the same noise it made b4 i replaced them but i ignored it...weeks later it got real bad and clunking started and i took the tire off and the outter pad wasnt even clipped onto the caliper...ive already looked at it and its still connected...u know when ur brake pedal pushes back against u slightly and then goes down well wehn it pushes back is only when it does it..
