McLaren F1 GTR Marlboro

Thanks buddies, actually this project thread has already done for long time ago. Since this all has putted into my cupboard when it completed. The McLaren is from Studio27 it cost around US$190 in year 2001. It think I will post more passed project very soon in AF since I found this is a good platform to share the hobby and discuss, even we would learn some technique from each other. Currently I am building an old kit which is the Renault 30 V6. This is a famous model from 70’c Probably 2 more weeks to go. Is anyone of you who interested in this? I dont have a professional camera., so sorry for the out forcus.

Gorgeous! Great work. Is there a progress thread? I'm sure there are loads of details that you can't even see when it's done, particularly in the interior.

Looks superb, from what I can see you have made a brilliant job of it. It's a shame the pictures aren't a bit bigger.

I am tempted to get one of these too, probably the Harrods one when it becomes available.

As mentioned in the thread, both Studio27 and Profil24 make the Mclaren kits, the Studio27 is better value for money though and was most recently reissued.

Re: McLaren F1 GTR Marlboro

That is one of my favorite car. I have the '95 Lemans version from Profil24 and the '97 Gulf from Studio27. I still miss this version what you built.
Although the pictures are quite small it is visible that the paintwork is flawless.
Great build, congratulations.

Ok, and non-GTR's though, just the F1?
