Changing the Idle RPM speed

hi, my friend owns a 96 2.8 regular non-quattro, and he wants know how to change the RPM speed during idle. anyone know a site dat has a diagram show you how to do it?

I've done it on my max, i wonder if it's possible on n a4.

oh yea his is a 5-speed
