Re: 3m putty??

I've just started using IMPA Stuk Car Finissage putty. It's similar to the 3M stuff. It's ideal for filling minor surface imperfections, scratches and sink holes etc.It only costs about £6 for a 180g tube,so it lasts ages.

The Impa stuff is just a scratch/defect filler. It's no good for making items like bodykits and such.I would imagine a 2 part polyester type filler would be more suited to that.I think the 3M Filler is called Acryl Red Glazing putty.
