Exclamation flood damage 2003 taurus

Power Windows Do Not Work, And Are Stuck In Down Position. How Do I Hot Wire The Windows Wiyhout Taking Off Door Panels Or What Do I Check. Help. James

First, hotwiring a window is BAD, that has a huge chance of wrecking the motors. Also, no you cant, but it isnt that hard to pull off the side panels, and if you break some of the tabs holding the door panel on, you can replace em for like 2 bucks, but if you are cheap like me, you dont really need em, the door is just a little shakey.

Welcome to the forum!

I'm not sure on the 2003 Taurus, but some models will allow you to pop out the power window/lock switch loose from the door without removing the panel. From there you could check for voltage to/from the switch.
