speed
whats the fastes time yall's avengers run...... im a lookin to get a a 97 avenger l4 (standard) and put atleast 10-12 psi of boost on it and i am tryin to figure out what it will run..........

with what im doing to my avenger i "SHOULD" be able to run at least 10's. it depends on what size turbo u run.

well i can always get my hands on a t3/t4 thats about a 30psi max which puts out about 300 horses but what ever u do to a avenger u can do to a eclipse and the eclipse will always b faster right because of the wieght diff...... right????

not always. the turbo kit im getting will boost me from 165hp up to about 500hp

The Avenger I-4 is only 140HP. I would sell the Avenger. It is the "Red Headed Step Child" if there was ever a car you could call that. It is part Dodge, part Mitsubishi.
Get a first Gen Neon or get the Eclipse, but don't mix them and call it Avenger.

ok so i was reading every thing and ya got some questions.... i am looking to put a turbo in my 1995 avenger es its a v6 but the thing is its auto matic so pretty much junk...but i thought i'd have some fun... so if u reply and give me some things to go on i'd appreciate it .. TURBO plzz

well first of all if u really wana fux up ur car for racing u would have a better chance fixing up a I4 cuz a v6 only comes in a auto...... and there are way more mods for a I4 but u can get a turbo from hahns which will cost u some money or if u wana go a cheap way u can get one off ebay

dyno you're car then look at any reputible site( edmunds, KBB, Etc.) the venge is 140 stock HP... mine dynoed at 137 @6,600 RPMs when i got it... added full K&N intake system, Dynoed @ 144 HP nowhere near a 10-15 HP increase. manufacturers jus say that to get u to buy the shit... does give the intake a nice throaty sound tho...
