1997 accord v6 wont start...

I checked the fuel pump its ok, I checked the fuel filter its ok, I checed the spark plug wire and IT HAS SPARK... the engin just keeps crainking but doesnt start but it almost does... what could be the problem??? It also started cutting out a month ago the tach was bouncing up and down and when it hit 0 it would cut out ...but only when it was driving not in park and now it wont start I dont know if thise two problems have anything to do with each other but I NEED HELP...

.....problem fixed it was the pcv valve on the front of the engin it was NASTY.........
