I have a 97 neon and I just got some 16" rims from my friend, and I was wondering what is a good tire? and then the proper size? I should think about geting for them...

205/45/VR16 - Go with Kumho if ya want something cheap that will last a while.

Need some help!!!!!!!! 97 neon, have a flat and do not have a single lug wrench or socket to fit lugs. How can i get this thing off, rims are not factory so wrench doesn't fit. any thoughts???????
