Question

i have a problem with a Ford Bronco 5.8lts 1992, all happens when the alternator fails in highway and i start change bateries and jump charge until i get to my home , after that i fixed the alternator and the car start revs up and down , the only way to let it work so so ,itīs unplug tps , but it doesnīt perform good , the tps pluged have like 1.75volts for return signal because , the voltage reference itīs like 5.18volts , iīll forced ground sensor direct to the batery and that drop me voltage reference at 5volts , but still get 1.57 at tps , i remove screws and adjust tps at .80volts but the problem still present , it idles bad and rev up and down , iīll change isc with out changes ......i check all grounds and power leads ....... i plug other computers i found (really i donīt know of wath cars are ) but it does the same problem ......... i need help .....thanks

have you checked for a/c voltage at battery?
not sure i think anything higher then 300mv will
cause problems.
also ck. for codes
