valve clearance check 60k?

hey i was surfing around on the internet and i was looking at a report for geo prizm/corollas and it was talking about a valve clearance check at 60k miles i'm at 85k right now so I was just wondering how would I go about doing this, probally in my haynes manual but misplaced it at the moment any help would be greatly appriciated
