Rough ride & poor snow/ice

Hi fellow Highlanders: Our new, 2006 Highlander seems to ride really rough for a new vehicle. I notice every bump, or road crack a lot more than I ever have in any other vehicle. Does anyone know a way to soften the ride? I've already dropped PSI on my Bridgestone Dueller HT OEM tires to the minimum 30 lbs.

Also noticed a lot less traction and more slipping in the first snow storm. Are these OEM tires any good for snow? Anyone like another brand/model better?

Thanks.

for the rought ride you could choose a stiffer sohck ratios and the tires i would guess u need new ones if you dont like the performance in the snow
