Is there any models of Villneuves Championship car FW19 in scale 1/20?

Have you looked at Resin Kit manufacturers?

Studio 27 made it in 1/20 but it's now discontinued.

I am pretty sure there is a Revell one in 1/24, not 1/20 though.

Yes, there is, it is in 1:24 and has No-Tobacco livery of the french GP
