torque specs?

Can anyone tell me the torque specs for the heads on a 96 with a v6? also need the specs for the intake manifold but less important. Thanks for the help

Service manual specs state to do a three step sequence for the heads. 1. 37 In-lb's 2. 130 degree 3. 30 degree.

For the Intake manifold its 132 In-lbs. Welcome to AF
