just a few questions

1) is it true that there is a swap to put a dodge magnum engine into a 1st gen neon?
2) were any first gen neons turbo'd from factory?
3) does the neon have a clutch hole in the firewall(in an automatic) like the stratus?
4) are the 2dr neons a shorter car than the 4dr?
5) whats better for the motor, turbo or supercharger?
6) why is it so damn hard to find aftermarket parts for a 95 dodge neon sohc 4dr?
7) most important, ne1 wanna buy a 95 dodge neon, 3 spd auto, 44k on it, 4dr, cd/am/fm/speakers, its in new jersey(9 miles from pa), $2750?

Re: just a few questions

yes you can swap a magnum motor in
no there where no turboe'd neons
yes they have a clutch hole
im actually not to sure if there a different length
turbocharging is the way to go I do not believe there are any supercharger kits for neons the only supercharged neon was a 3.0 stratus
there are so many after market parts for neons its amazing where are you looking?

Re: just a few questions

i look at like mopar's site, i dnt wanna body kit or nething, the car just doesnt seem like something i would do that to, besides im not into body kitting, just uping power or handling
also i thought of sumthing else
if the talon tsi turbo awd, is based on the dohc neon engine, than how difficult would it b to put that awd system on, and that engine into a neon?

Re: just a few questions

Someone maybe better clarify "Dodge Magnum Engine"!
"Dodge Magnum Engine" as in: An engine from a Dodge Magnum Car (2.7,3.5.5.7) =no

"Dodge Magnum Engine" as in: The Dodge truck engine from the "Magnum" Series (3.9,5.2,5.9,8.0) =no

"Dodge Magnum Engine" as in: The 2.0 SOHC "Magnum" engine used in the 2000+ Neon ACR and R/T = Yes, but there are some issues you must deal with.

And... I would never buy a '95 Neon, too many differences between '95 and '96-'99.
