Question

Blinker sound, no blinker on

Hi,
I recently got a 97 cav and love the car, but I have the sound of the blinker the whole time I drive. I had the bulbs replaced and one was out. But still the sound, drives me nutts. Any thoughts??

Not an expert, but maybe an electrical problem. Or maybe the actual turn signal thing on the steering column is broken or loose?
