Cold start problem(sr20det)(s13)

I just did piston rings, head gasket and timing chain on my sr20 and even with its boost in compression and vacuum, it still won't cold start without cranking it for 5 minutes. The timing was checked with a timing light, checked fuel pressure, checked spark with a spark tester at each ignition coil, I've cleaned the Idle air control valve and jumped it to see that the plunger moves (and it does) and I've tried cranking it with the throttle position sensor unpluged (no change). I don't think it can be caused from voltage drop from my started because once it starts to stumble on it's own(and signal is cut to the starter) it still will not pick up. I would appreciate any ideas on what the cause could be. Also, I have not measured the resistance of the coolant temp sensor because I do not know what value it should be. If anyone has one with a red connector that works, I would like to know its resistance values and what temperature you took them at. Once again, any help is appreciated.

My bad, forgot to say I've already tried doing that, no result. With it unpluged, doesn't the computer assume the engine is hot to prevent overheating as a safety measure if the sensor fails?

Re: Cold start problem(sr20det)(s13)

After doing some more testing, I found that my Idle air control valve was not getting any power at all. I disconnected the connector from my sr harness to my ka into the fuse box and found that my black/yellow iacv power wire was actualy grounded on the fuse side. My s14 sr20 manual says that this is just a fused constant 12volts power wire. I would like to know what the name of the fuse is that the black/yellow wire goes into as I do not have a s13 ka24 manual does anyone know where i can download one?
