VR6 Staring Problem-Help-

I have a VR6 1998. When i put the key in the ignition the battery lights ect come on but there is only a click from under the right of the bonnet!! The engine does not attempt to start at all! Please advise!! Thanks.

First, your battery is probably dead. Have someone jumpstart you, if that works, then the battery may need to be replaced. Or it may be that you left lights on. It's also possible that the alternator is not charging the battery, but less likely than just an old battery that needs replacing.
