Question Code 16 Fuel Injector HELP

I have a 1990 Honda Civic LX, 1.5 liter auto, which is currently running quite poorly. I have a code 16 flashing from the computer. The vehicle will idle fine, some difficulty starting, and when attempting to rev the motor it falls on its face. I have changed the fuel filter, and have tested both injectors. I read that the injectors should be between .6 and 1.6 ohms, the upper injector is however the lower injector gave me a reading of 8 ohms. ANy advice would be greatly appreciated. Dave

You just answered your own question. It's either the connection, or the injector itself. Just replace the throttle body.
